Let's Make Baby Quilts! {Week 31}

Anyone got a pattern for a karate themed baby quilt? The lead instructor at my daughter's karate school has a new granddaughter and she wants to give them a quilt. Should be easy -- I've got plenty of cute, girly quilts. But she says it has to be one with a pink yin/yang symbol and I'm not feeling quite up to that challenge.

I'm determined to do it, because he's a great instructor and my daughter likes him, and I love personalized baby quilts. Like this Dia de Los Muertes skull baby quilt. (Trust me, it was an appropriate gift since it was made for the daughter of Noah Scalin of Skull-a-Day fame.)

Have you ever made a unique baby quilt for a special baby in your life?

Let's Make Baby Quilts Linky Party Rules:

Link directly to your post or specific Flickr photo. Your post can be about a baby quilt that's finished, or in progress, or you can be writing about what you have planned, but it's got to be about baby quilts. While we're still gathering steam, you're welcome to link to baby quilt posts that aren't brand new, but please don't submit the same post or picture more than once. I'd love it if you linked back to my site, either with a text link or the Let's Make Baby Quilts! button.
