Another Block for the Garden Party Quilt
This little gal is from another one of the Work Basket transfer sheets I borrowed from Mom's stash.
I love that bubble umbrella...and the raincoat...and the puddle... Those ringlets really should be golden, but I wanted her hair to contrast with the bright yellow coat.
