But I am happy with this little gargoyle.
His face and elbows and knees are shaped with short rows, and his feet are actual little sock heels with gussets and everything.
And those fingers and toes -- they're a picot bind-off!
The pattern, which I found on Ravelry, is a free download. This post is linked to to Finish it Up Friday, FO Friday at Tami's Amis, Fiber Arts Friday, Do Something Crafty Friday, and Freedom Fridays.

I LOVE him! I don't knit at all so have no idea what you're talking abuot so the job you did looks great to me.
Love him!!!!! I've queued that pattern awhile ago, but haven't made it yet...I'm more comfortable with crocheted ones...
Wow! There's a lot of tiny detail to this little gargoyle. You did a fantastic job getting him put together.

Your gargoyle is adorable! I haven't tried knitting animals, but there are some really cute patterns out there!
Amazing! Look at those fully articulated fingers!
Honestly, he brings a smile to my face. Good for you in tackling this project, and congratulations on a really outstanding job!!
I love that Gargoyle! I've had it in my queue forever. It's super adorable.
So cute! Thanks for the link to the pattern. I love gargoyles and this pattern's new to me.
He's so very cute. I know what you mean about stuffies though. Sometimes they are so fiddly. They're almost always worth the extra work though. Thanks for sharing him.
