I didn't manage to get up to the sewing room and look for a bag of scraps that I hadn't already gone through for Scrappy Little Trips, but I spent enough time at the sewing machine to finish another forty spools. Even project hopping is progress, right?
No objections from me. Sometimes you need to attack those little hops in order to make space for the next project.
ReplyDeleteThat is the story of my life -- project hopping. That's why it is far and few between finishes. I'm trying to stop that habit this year, but it's hard. I am planning a multi-step cure 1. don't start new projects, 2. only have a couple UFOs in my sewing room at a time and quit looking at all the inspirations around me - books, mags, computer, shows, friends show and tell, guild meetings. Ha ha you know how this is working, right??? I agree, tiny baby steps does get it finished one day as long as you don't forget where you are or lose your project.
ReplyDeleteA little progress is better than no progress. It will get done eventually!
ReplyDeleteI need to do bow ties too..My never ending list of Bonnie projects.
ReplyDeleteForty bow ties is certainly progress!
