Remember when I discovered the Kiki Lowenstein scrapbooking mysteries and spent the gift certificates I'd been saving for AccuQuilt dies to order the next book for my Kindle so I could find out what happened next instead of waiting three days to get the next book from the library? Since then, I've read every book in the series and now I'm anxiously waiting for the next one.
When the author of the books, Joanna Campbell Slan, emailed and asked if I wanted to give away twelve of her mysteries to my readers, I couldn't pass up the chance to spread my addiction!
Here's how we're going to do it --
Every day for the next twelve days, I'll be posting a new giveaway post. To enter, just leave a comment on that post. When each day's post goes live, I'll choose a winner from the previous day's post and close it to comments. Clear as mud?
Today's book is Ready, Scrap, Shoot
While creating a memorial album for the murdered beer heiress, Kiki becomes bait in a dangerous trap as threats from her old foe mount against her. With help from friends in high and low places, including hunky beau Chad Detweiler, Kiki finds herself facing a grave ultimatum: catch the killer or be cropped out of her own family album.
Do you read any of the different crafting mystery series? Which one is your favorite?
Hey, Michelle, so glad you are sharing this!

ReplyDeleteCant wait to read the book. Love Mysteries. Kiki sounds cool.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of the Kiki books but have read all the Laura Childs scrapbooking mysteries. This series sounds good too. I'd love win the book. I'd read it first then donate it to the library to see how the patrons like it. I bet I'd have to order the rest of the series for them.

ReplyDeleteJoanna,
ReplyDeleteI love your Kiki series. It's the only crafting series I've read. Kiki is the friend we'd like to have but would stay away from because of her dangerous situations. It's nice to safely participate in Kiki's life through your fabulous work.
Very cool giveaway! I've read several cosy, crafting mysteries but I didn't write them down and lots of names escape me! I know I've read the Southern Sewing Circle, not b/c of the sewing but b/c the main character is a librarian (I went to library school). Not long ago I read a Kindle freebie who's heroine was a soapmaker - it was fun.
ReplyDeleteI've not read a crafting mystery though I have read reviews and seen them on the blogs. Would like to be counted in for this one.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of the crafting mysteries. I have read a few of the Elm Creek Quilt books by Jennifer Chiaverini.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these books, but I've read almost all the Elm Creek series and several other quilting mysteries. Love them.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these, I have read one quilting story book that I can't remember the name of atm and all of the elm creek some on the kindle too...I love electronic books now
